Thyme
The thyme plant is known worldwide mainly for having antiseptic properties that help combat a number of infections as well as increasing defenses to optimum levels, you can consume the thyme in soups or in recipes where they are simmered.
The active component numbers present in the thyme are responsible for all the fabulous benefits of the species as well as a rich taste in all foods and recipes that can be prepared, for Chinese Medicine is spicy, warm in nature and acts on the Spleen and Lung, is useful for intestinal parasites, cough, bronchitis, laryngitis, stress, irritability etc.
