Positive thinking and negative thinking

I have a friend who has a bad habit in telling his experiences as he  talked, and I provoke him as a joke to him because he is not planned for  his life. Let us be fair. We all fail in the face of life to the  fullest, usually our minds get tired of ideas and do not allow us to  concentrate fully even on what is appropriate for our future.

Sometimes  it is good I do not remember remembering a long period of daily  mobility because my mind is exhausted and my morning activities may be  done automatically, but I do not want to disappear too much from life.  Often we eat meals without tasting them and look at beautiful things  without seeing their beauty. My daughter can happen without my being there at all, please forgive me.

In  a study published in the Journal of Psychological Sciences this month, I  and graduate student Shira Baror demonstrated that the ability to think  creatively and innovatively is reduced significantly because of  distracted thinking And  other forms of mental burden, many psychologists assume that the mind  left to their wishes tends to follow the wrong course of events, but our  findings suggest that creative thinking is not a routine thought, When our minds are pure.

In  a series of experiments we gave the participants the task of free  communication while at the same time imposing on their mental abilities  some burden at varying degrees simultaneously. For example, in one  experiment we asked half the participants to remember a series of seven  numbers while the other half remembered only two numbers, The participants memorized those strings of numbers in their memory.  We gave them a word like "shoes" (in the singular form of shoes for one  foot) and asked them to respond as quickly as possible to the first word  they had in mind, for example "sock".

The  participants, who remember seven numbers, resorted to the most common  answers (white / black), while those who kept in their memory gave two  less typical and more diverse responses (white / cloud) ).

In  another experiment, we found that the longer response period was  associated with a less varied response and excluded the possibility that  participants with less mental burden took longer to find a distinct  answer. Instead, it seemed that with the high mental burden participants  needed more time to get ideas Traditionally, these experiments suggest that the natural way of mind  is exploration and creative work, but when the mind is strained, it  searches for a familiar and less distinctive answer.

In  general, there is a mental tension between exploration and  exploitation. When we explore, we are concerned with the wide-ranging,  exotic and the desire to learn. At other times we rely on or take  advantage of what we know before and tend to our expectations. We also  trust what is expected and are more inclined to explore when traveling. To a new country as we tend to exploit as soon as we return home after a hard day's work.

We  have spent a lot of our lives somewhere between these two extremes.  There are functional benefits to each of these patterns. If we are not  explorers, we will not venture out of the caves. If we do not use our  trust in what is familiar, we will be exposed to many dangers and  perish, but there is a need for a healthy balance. Your internal exploration is often diminished because of your  overworked mind as with your experience in the external environment.

In  everyday life you may find yourself pressing your mind in different  ways, such as keeping a list of groceries for later purchase from the  supermarket or repeating the name of someone you just met so that you do  not forget him or practice your conversation before entering the  meeting. There are also many chronic diseases that are the source of the mental  burden, such as intellectual tension, because of stress, anxiety and  depression, all of these pressures can consume mental abilities, leading  to slow thinking and inability to feel pleasure.

During the last two years, I gave myself a week of calm in the  Vipashna meditation session. Staying calm for a week and trying to keep  my mind out of thinking is not for the faint of heart but I would try to  do it at least once. During my first session I wondered how tomatoes
I could not have noticed the more physical pain. How could I look at a  single flower for 45 minutes, let alone enjoy it? My thoughts were new  and surprising when I came back to think positively about something  rather than nothing that was refreshing and even more surprising.

It  turns out that the ancient meditation session helps to liberate the  mind to have rich experiences in the present, except when flying an F-16  plane or experiencing intense fear or orgasm, your life will leave  plenty of room for your mind to ask. As a result, Of your mental abilities are still interacting with what was  previously, and mental estrangement and meditative dizziness becomes  cumbersome to the nature of your life, as our study indicates that  refining your abilities to free yourself from the mental burden

You are what you think, if you always live thinking that everything will go wrong, automatically everything will go wrong, if you always think that everything will turn out well, that's how it will be. One has to "dare" to good things, and whatever happens is good or bad, for sure it will be an experience for their lives.
