imo it looks like you are throwing your money? Look at the users who paid for a resteem and then look at their rewards they get for that specific post.

My advice just read other author's their blog. And place a decent comment. Then they will check out your blog. And maybe even resteem or upvote you..
Again, its just my advice, maybe the resteem bots work out well for you.
