A Second Chance for the Second Time

Chances aren't a piece of cake. You don't get it because you have money to pay for it. You don't ask for it to break it. You earn it.

What if a single chance slips in your hand? Are you willing to tap your shoulder, tell yourself to swallow your pride and ask for a second one? Ain't easy but worth every shot.

This is a scene from S03E25. One of my favorites, by the way.

Ross and Rachel from FRIENDS taught me a very important thing about trust. Both of them broke each other's trust with their different side of the story. It might have been broken but their relationship was built once more through trust. They started as friends and grew fond with each other and became more than friends. They broke up but they've always had the connection althroughout the 8-year period of dating other people. With trust, they found themselves with each other once again. After all, their love for each other never went away.
