And finally the reality show Big Brother Naija (Double Wahala) came to an end yesterday 22nd April, 2018. This show started on 22nd January, 2018 where it was hosted at South Africa.

The show had 20 contestants which were refered to as "House Mates", from different states in Nigeria who came together to live in one house with no internet, television nor phones. Mheen! What a boring life without an internet.

The idea about the show was to see how everyone of them could socialize, cope and be themselves like in the real world. It was meant to see how they could unleash their realness without being conscious that there were hidden cameras vidoeing them and also, there were being watched worldwide. Even with that, majority of them weren't portraying their real characters and lifestyle.

Every Mondays, games were played and the winner was fairly chosen to be the Head of House who headed the house till his/her tenure expires the following week.

On the same Mondays, each housemates were called into the diary room by the host of the show "Big Brother", for their nominations. Whenever it was time for nomination, each housemates were asked to select 2 of his fellow housemates he/she wants to put up for eviction and why. When the nomination section was over, Big Brother will call out the housemates that had the highest number of nomination and they'll be put up for possible eviction the following Sunday.

Every Sundays some housemates are evicted from the reality show and are sent back to Nigeria. It only took for their fan base and strong supporters to vote in their favourite housemates to remain in the house and continue fighting for the grand price.

Every week, Big Brother made sure he had engaged them with tasks they either needed to use their intellects, strengths and bodies to do. And if anyone emerged a winner from the tasks, he or she would enjoy the benefit that was attached to the task. Examples were monetary benefits, a trip to Dubai benefits, endorsements and house refurbishment.

We had 20 of them fighting for thr grand price of 45 Million Naira but unluckily many of them didn't make it to the finale.

Last week, we had 5 remaining housemates who made it to the grand finale yesterday. And their supporters did serious campaigns for people to vote for their favourite housemate to win the price.

During the live eviction show yesterday, the housemates with the least number of votes got evicted till the last 2, a young male Pilot and
a young female Barrister who were strong contender to themselves. The atmosphere was filled with lot of tension has the winner was about to be announced. The 2 remaining housemates were allowed to join the live audience outside their isolated house. Every where observed a pin drop silence just to hear the name of the winner to be announced.

The young Pilot named Miracle was announced the winner of 25 Million Naira plus an SUV jeep, expensive paired trip to any county for one year plus 3.2 Million Naira he won during his tasks presentations in the house. Africans stood still has the young champ walked away with his prizes.
