RE: Vocab-ability–4 (agon = fight, suffer) – A More Powerful Vocabulary (earn UpVotes with “Vocab Practice” exercise)
MY VOCAB PRACTICE
- Antagonist: an enemy, an opponent
An antagonist is usually a mirror reflected image of the main character, that is why it appears as its opposite.
- Protagonist: a main character, a hero, a leader.
I think the true protagonist in the Game of Thrones series is Jon Snow, because somehow you can trace every singular plotline back to him.
- Agony: pain, torture, anxiety
She cried in agony as her leg bended in an odd way, while performing a split.
"mirror-reflected" (hyphen, cuz it's an adjective phrase here)
her leg "bent"
Noted, thanks!
