Turn your negative thoughts about yourself around. You have to self talk in order to be happy with yourself. You wouldn't be alive if you are worthless as God doesn't make mistakes and He doesn't make garbage. You have a purpose to fulfill and you mean a lot to other people. Even if you are unaware of this, people look up you for an example. You are part of the larger puzzle and only you fit in they place! Give the world the good big or small, that which you can.
