FORGET THE PAST AND FOCUS ON THE FUTURE

We all have past lives either good or bad. There is no such as a “new soul”. All of us have been reincarnating for so many number of years and in truth. Dwelling on the past or focusing on the future can make you lose sight of your present life. This can make your life quickly pass you by without enjoyment of the present and future. Unless under unusual initiatory conditions, no one will ever tell you his or her past lives. And if they do tell you, they are very likely to be wrong because they will never tell you the bad part. Since I have been reading books published, the publisher always write his good part of his life and not bad ones, which could any reader in his own life. Everybody all have a secret over his or her lives such ass stealing while young , dishonesty in so many ways, being a prostitute or disobedient in some ways that later result in a negative part of our live now and so on.
Thinking back I continue to wonder how I forget my past life. Activities engaged on, bad experience undergo in life past, which make us wish we could reverse the time and make the past a better one. But that can never be possible, we have to forget the past and focus on the future, to make a better future and tell good stories to the next generations.
In the past, I felt disgusted with myself. Thinking about what I do then and practiced habits which were bad and sad, it was indeed disgusting. Living on these past and thinking heavily on it, could result to self-pity and passivity but now I have self-respect and inner peace, I live a clean life. Before my Life was hard, crime and violence were widespread.
Forget the past and focus on the future, how? It is possible? Yes, it is.
There are some methods that can help you learn to live for today and tomorrow. What can help?
• Having a good relationships with others will benefit when we display a peaceable spirit,
• Always make A Choice You Will Not Regret, weight your choice carefully before acting on the choice.
• Talk to a friend, family member, or counselor about your feelings, having a good relationship come to use. If you have that good relationship with other, will they listen to you with an open mind?
• Try writing down your feelings about the past. You can journal does past mistake you make and focus of not making the same mistakes. If you're having a hard time, make yourself physical reminders of the things in the present that you love and can focus on. Keep a copy of the book you're reading with you. Print a picture of the place you most love to spend your time and look at it when you need to ground yourself.
• Even if you're dwelling on good memories, it can cause you to lose connection with the present. You may find yourself romanticizing the past or longing for things to be the way they were, instead of focusing on how to improve your present life
• Every time the bad memories come up, purposefully move them to the back of your mind. Train yourself to forget about the event and make a conscious effort to move your mind past it.

What matters is this life now is Who we were in a past life means nothing in comparison to what we are doing in this life.
