To tell you the truth I've never compare them... I'll ask my wife, she must know better
I don't know much about them, except I guess that they were called ogham and were etched into rocks, and that also the druids used to fold over the needles of yew leaves to leave messages for each other in the yew trees, which I always thought was really cool.
