The learning pyramid is a diagrammatic description of how learning process takes place. According to the wealth hikes, the learning pyramids is divided into two methods of how learning process works and those two key methods are what I will be writing in my post today.

The first section of the learning prbocess is:

1.The Passive Methods.
A. Lecture(5%).
In this segment, it is advised that for one to fully gain a knowledge about soemtging , you must open yp your mind, body and soul in order to assimilate the lectures of people who already have a knowledge or two about that particular thing you wish to learn. 5% of lectures is recommended as the first step because it is only when you have a clue about that thing that you can learn more about it.

B. Reading(10%).
After getting the lectures needed about that area which you seek knowledge from, reading good books associated with the knowledge you seek is the next step to be taken. Reading means finding more answers to your questions via researching, skimming and scanning through good books related to that the area you seek knowledge. Her 10% of input is needed.

C. Audio visuals(20%).
Listening to podcast can also enhance massively one's learning capability and boost one's learning process. Audio visual contribute in large quantity the right knowledge needed to know more about a thing. In this segment, 20% of input is needed.

D. Demonstration (30%).
After taking lectures, reading and listening to audio visuals about the areas of knowledge you wish to gain, demonstration is the next thing that comes to play. Demonstration is more like a tool to master a custom what you've learn so far. It helps you store that knowledge in your long memory to be able to access it whenever needed. Demonstrating what you've studied about a thing makes that knowledge lasts longer.

2. The Active Methods.
A. Group discussion (50%).
Brainstorming is one of the best and effective ways of gaining knowledge. You know that line that quotes "Two heads are better than one", it works perfectly in group discussion. Group discussion helps your improve in your productivity by the amount of collective ideas shared between members during brainstorming. When you're in the midst of a group discussion, you get different ideas which increases your learning abilities because the ideas discussed and shared between members in a group discussion might be something you never knew about or even have the right knowledge about.

B. Practice by doing(75%).
After gaining different kinds of knowledge or methods about a particular thing, it is now needed of you to put it into practice. Do not be afraid to make mistakes. It is only when you've failed and made mistake about something that you will take correction and learn more about that thing. In this segment 75% of practice by doing is needed.

C. Teaching others(90%).
Never hoard a knowledge, it will do no good to you believe me you. When you share what you know and to teach others, you even gain more knowledge. The questions asked in the midst of transferring what you know to others will even contribute more to you knowledge about that particular thing. You get to research more so you can teach others. Here, 90% is absolutely required.
