Environments Sectors/Factors That Must Be Considered For Us To Put In The Right Strategy, (Continuation).

Hello, Good morning distinguished Ladies/Gentlemen and welcome to my blog today.

Two days ago I discussed on the various levels of strategies where I mentioned different environmental factors that must be put in consideration when taking the right strategies in business. I discussed briefly on just two environments and so today I will discuss more in the rest of the environmental.

- Technological Environment.
It entails all the production processes. It is under the external analysis to craft out strategies. Technology changes rapidly, it is very radical. It is this changes that has to be put into consideration under the technological environment. Technology is the keying terms of strategic processes. Technology is the reason why the phone we use today becomes outdated in version tomorrow because phones with higher version will be released in the market.

- Political Environment.
It talks about what type/kind of government is in place whether it is capitalism or socialism. The style of governance is key. You cannot invest into a country or economy where everything you sell will go to the Government for sharing. The political environment involves rules and regulations. Dangote(a business mogul) and Sanusi (Emir of Kano) are not in 100% good terms. Dangote is trying his best to ensure the conflict doesn't persists not because he loves Samurai so much but because if Samurai and the Government of Kano State ends up in a bad term, then Dangote might not be able to sell cement in Kano State ever again. Kano has 40 Local Government area in Nigeria hence Dangote wouldn't want to lose doing good business there.

- Socio-Cultural Environment.
We all know that culture is the way of life hence all we do affects our business. Under this environment, one considers question of life, "what is their educational level"? "What is their integrity of honesty and loyalty"? "Are they the type that has lots of holidays"? Nigerians like too much holiday and I even hear there's one today. Nigerians like holidays to the extent that if any holiday falls on a weekend, they'll delebrately move the holiday to next week Monday, Lol.

The socio-cultural is also very important and it is because of the socio-cultural class that we change our style.
