On the language...
I have seen several blogs that have BOTH languages in the blog. They mention it in the first sentence/paragraph to scroll down for English or which ever language is second. If the title is right and the preview photo is amazing, I will take the time to find the English. And knowing it’s a second language, I’m more forgiving of errors. I noticed this is common in the “food” tags.

I agree, and I will too, but it's a reality that some will not. Especially if there are spelling or grammar errors in the preview text.
