How to write good cover letter

Today I decided to share with you how to write a good cover letter. Since I have written a large number of cover letters at the faculty and after the studies, I think that my experience will use you if you plan to write one for applying for a job, education programs or studying in another state. What I'm thinking about when I write a cover letter is what I want to achieve, what kind of impression I want to leave, and what virtues and working abilities are important for the job that I'm applying to highlight such skills in the letter.
