It's weird that we as fans think two star wars movies per year could take away some of the excitement, but I think Marvel is doing great with two or even three of them each year. What's the difference? Maybe a well planned path is the key to avoid franchise fatigue.
Valid point. But back in the day it was a lot of anticipation waiting for a new movie. It's just different.
I would rather have a lot of new Star Wars movies, than no Star Wars movies.
Yes, somehow it feels different. Maybe because the marvel movies are based on comic books and comic books are expected to be released periodically for years. Star wars is a different phenomenon, it's its own thing
