THE STATE PHILOSOPHY AND THE HUMAN BODY *FILOSOFI NEGARA DAN TUBUH MANUSIA*

In the post this time I will try to create a philosophy about the system of Government that is run by the Government of the Republic of indonesia in accordance with my views.

The head of the (Executive)
The head is the top in the body and in control of all that is done by other parts of the body, in other words the head is the very thing that affects other parts of the body. Pada post kali ini saya akan mencoba membuat sebuah filosofi tentang sistem pemerintahan yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah republik indonesia sesuai dengan pandangan saya.
Menurut pandangan saya proses yang terjadi antara pemerintah, militer, polisi dan rakyat seperti tubuh manusia seutuhnya, agar lebih jelas dapat di lihat pada gambar berikut;

Seperti yang terlihat pada gambar diatas rangkaian tubuh manusia tidak pernah terpuus antara satu dengan yang lainnya yang dimulai dari yang paling atas hingga paling bawah berikut adalah uraiannya.

1. Kepala (eksekutif)
2. Leher (udikatif)
3. Badan (legislative)
4. Tangan (militer dan polisi)
5. Kaki (rakat)
   Ke 5 bagian ini tidak dapat dipisahkan sesuai dengan fungsinya masing-masing. Berikut adalah penjelasan sederhana yang dapa saya jelaskan.

Kepala (eksekutif)
Kepala adalah bagian paling atas di bagian tubuh dan yang mengendalikan semua yang di lakukan oleh bagian tubuh lain dengan kata lain kepala adalah hal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap bagian tubuh yang lainnya. Oleh karena itu kepala saya contohkan sebgai eksekutif, karena eksekutif adalah lembaga negara yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap lembaga lain.

Leher adalah bagian penengah antara badan dan kepala. Leher terlihat sanga kecil, namun leher memiliki kegunaan yang sanga luar biasa, karena leher menyimpan banyak saraf penghubung anara kepala dan badan. Oleh karena itu leher saya umpamakan sebagai yudikatif dikarenakan jika hukum berjalan tidak sesuai maka akan terjadi kehancuran anara eksekuif dan legislaif.

Badan yang saya maksud disini adalah dari pinggang hingga dada. Badan adalah bagian besar pada bagian tubuh serta menyimpan banyak sekali organ penting didalamna sehingga bagian ini saya simpulkan sebgai legislatif yang memiliki peran besar dalamsebuah roda pemerinahan dan legislaif juga memiliki berbagai fraksi yang memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pemerinahan

Tangan (militer)
Tangan berperan sebagai pengaman dari anggota tubuh karena tangan dapat melindungi bagian tubuh lain dari serangan dari tubuh yang lain atau serangan dari benda lain yang terlepas dari anggota tubuh itu sendiri oleh karena itu tangan sangat cocok jika diumpamakan sebagai milier yang bertugas menjaga kedaulatan dan keamanan suatu negara.

Kaki adalah anggota tubuh yang berfungsi sebagai pemangku beban dari semua anggoa tubuh. Semua urat saraf berkumpul di telapak kaki. Telapak kaki adalah bagian yang paling bawah pada tubuh manusia, namun saya anggap saja bahwa kaki ini adalah rakyat karena rakyatlah yang menumpu semua beban pemerinahan dan beban negara namun ada yang special dari rakyat yaitu semua yang ada pada pemerintahan itu berasal dari rakyat dan merupakan hasil keputusan dari rakyat.

Kesimpulan

Pada kesimpulan ini saya akan mencoba untuk membuat sebuah persepsi tentang negara dan tubuh manusia. Hal ini sata anggap sangat sama karena negara memiliki apa yang dimiliki oleh tubuh manusia. Pada paling atas yaitu kepala yang terdiri dari rambut, otak dan saraf lainnya yang mengatur gerak tubuh. Rambut adalah selaku pelindung dari kepala. Otak adalah untuk berfikir dan menentukan kebijakan unuk dilakukan semenara saraf adalah yang membuat semuanya bekerja. Hal ini persis terjadi dalam pemerinahan eksekuif. Eksekutif negara yang sangat berpengaruh dalam penyelenggaraan suatu negara karena eksekutif dianggap memiliki peranan yang pening dan berada di puncak kekuasaan
Kemudian yudikatif yang saya samakan dengan fungsi leher adalah badan hukum negara yang memiliki kewenangan terhadap segala proses penyelenggaraan hukum sesuai dengan yang telah diajukan oleh eksekutif dan legilatif. Yudikatif berperan sebagai penengah dianaran legislatif, eksekutif, militer dan rakyat. Anggota badan dari pinggang hingga dada saya menyebutnya sebagai legislatif karena legisaltif adalah lembaga yang sangat memiliki kewenangan atas eksekutif dan rakyat. Semua kebijakan berasal dari sini. meskipun keberadaannya masih di bawah eksekutif namun fungsinya sangat luar biasa.
Militer adalah pelindung negara dari segala teror. Tugas militer adalah menjaga segala yang telah ada dalam suatu negara yang apabila terjadi penyerangan dari luar. Namun ada yang unik ketika perang terjadi. Seakan militer hanya melindungi pemerintah sementara rakyat hanya akan menjadi mayat yang berkelampangan di muka bumi. Namun hal ini sangat sesuai dengan posisi tangan, Karena tangan hanya akan dapat melindungi kepala hingga pinggang karena tagan tidak akan sampai ke kaki apa bila kepala hingga pinggang tidak menurun atau membungkuk sehingga tangan dapa turun hingga ujung kaki. Dalam kata lain militer tidak akan perpihak kepada rakyat apabila tidak ada perintah dari pemerintah dalam suatu negara karena milier bekerja atas perinah dari kepala negara dan legislatif.
Selanjutnya adalah yang berada di paling bawah diantara semuanya. Walau segala aspek sangat berpengaruh pada rakyat. Karena rakyat memiiki pangkal dari segala saraf. Semua pangkal saraf berada pada telapak kaki.
