Totally agree with unloading the idea............. in fact, for me it works better if I put down my idea on paper ASAP. Particularly because I have a tendency to overthink stuff and if I let it remain then it changes the idea subtly in my mind.

Putting thoughts in words can also grant a certain clarity if vision and can even help us refine the idea. This is all apart from the fact that there is a chance that one might forget the idea completely afterwards, if not written down.
