Thousand Flower Boards and Bouquets For Ahok

More than one thousand of colorful flower boards and bouquets for outgoing Governor Basuki "Ahok" Tjahaja Purnama and Deputy Governor Djarot Saiful Hidayat were surrounding Jakarta's City Hall on Tuesday (25/04) morning until on Wednesday afternoon (26/04), brought by the city's residents to express gratitude and honour of their officials' performance when have governed Jakarta.

Incumbent Governor Basuki "Ahok" Tjahaja Purnama and Deputy Governor Djarot Saiful Hidayat lost in the gubernatorial election last week (19/04) against Anies Bawasdean and Sandiago Uno. Even they lost, many residents Jakarta City love their conduct when governed Jakarta, even several controversial policies which they do such as reclamation north Jakarta beach and legally eviction for squatters. In their term of government, many changes have been done such as transparency monetary policy and changing complicating to simple bureaucrats system etc.(hpx)
