Witness to the Truth

We all are born alone. We all die alone. That is the hardest and the most liberating facet of human existence.

In the mirror, we reflect the past and the future, in the mirror of our lives we witness what we know, and what we suppress.
A single breath is a gateway to your entire present experience. We live through the tempo of our breathing, and as we breath we draw in the outer world, and release our internal transformation of the air into the shared collective atmosphere.
In solitude, we find that there is nothing but our breath. We live, we dream, we hope, imagine, act, postpone, suffer, laugh, and reach the state of 'exstasis', ecstasy. We live in ecstasy because we are constantly bridging the external and internal worlds with the process of breathing. We move in the living field of awareness. We are the entire field, and cannot but be connected in every instant with our basic biologic process of living.
Breath in- take in the world- breath out, let yourself become imprinted upon the entire planetary system.
In your body, there is an entire galaxy, a practically infinite system of cells and intelligent organs that are directly linked to the life support system of the planet.
Take a moment. Breath in. Let it out. You are not alone.
But, do you dwell in truth? Can you find what the truth is for you, and become a living witness? Even if you do not speak, the link is made. Dwell in truth. !
