Parents to some extent are be blame because there is a saying that train a child the way you want him to grow and he will never depart from it. The family is the first social group and learning stage of ever child so if Teenagers involvement in societal vices and who is to be blame it all bounce back the parents. However peer group is another arm of consideration because outside family the peer group and school the child attended should be blame. The religion group is where teenagers should learn moral but freedom to worship and life have brought about compromise in passing this moral teaching to them for that discipline have no place again in the life of teenagers. Now even in our schools no more discipline and i can remember dose year during elementally school discipline was the first thing a child will learn and that was what was use for award of certificate but today gone are does days. Now if elders try to discipline a child you see a child telling the elder i have my life to live so you imagine the generation we are raising.
