You can use the Esteem to get the alert on replies. If you do not have it, head over to the PlayStore (I am assuming you use Android) and get yourself one here

Go to setting and select Comment as shown in the picture below

You will get alerts as shown below

Or if you are using normal browser, head over to Replies as shown below

On same Chrome browser you could also see alerts
