先灌一口鸡汤：选择比努力更重要。学业、爱情、事业，一个好的人生选择，不是为了别人，而是为了自己。

既然是选择，就肯定有选择的方法。比如鬼谷子智囊团的朋友小W问：

“阿信，我最近遇到一个难题。是这样的，我是个职场老实人，平时跟同事们的关系只能说一般。但是我们科室的科长待我一直不错，虽说没让我升职加薪，但平时也得他不少照顾。”

我问：“那你的困惑是？”

小W说：“是这样的，科长为人不错，但人总有缺点，他这人平时说话很冲，得罪了不少人。这不，最近隔壁科室的负责人突然问我：‘小W，我看你表现不错，要不你申请来我们科室吧。’”

我问：“就这事吗？”

小W说：“隔壁科室还不错，但是他们跟我们科长有些矛盾，他们让我们申请调走，估计是针对我们科室的。”

我说：“那你是怎么想的？”

人啊，总是贪心的，总是希望鱼和熊掌兼得，自己当人生赢家。可是，既然是选择，就肯定会付出代价，就好比，选鱼就要主动放弃熊掌，选择熊掌就要主动放弃鱼。

注意，是主动放弃。

为什么呢？鬼谷子说过：计谋不两忠。什么叫不两忠？顾名思义，就是不能同时脚踩两只船。这件事，其实是职场人最大的问题。

你想过没有，为什么你的领导不信任你？恐怕不仅仅是能力问题吧，因为你立场始终东倒西歪，谁对你抛个媚眼就把你勾走了。这样的人，别说职场上，就是感情上，能让人放心吗？

可是偏偏有些人觉得自己足够圆滑，足够聪明，总是喜欢当墙头草，总是想两边讨好，总是想一举两得，结局呢？

什么都想要，反而什么都得不到。那应该怎么做呢？鬼谷子说：反于是，忤于彼。忤于此，反于彼。

这段话太长了，其实就一句话：做人要有立场，不要太贪心，懂得这条处世潜规则，福报自然来！记住一句话：
