Hi @belemo! I find your idea really interesting, but I don't know how tangible I can make it. I'm not a developer or anything like that, but I know there are quite a few people here who could create something like that, although you'd have to have a reason to create such a DApp, and obviously it would be interesting to find a way to benefit from it.
