Automated human behavior.

it's not easy to be us...

I've always wondered how other people see the world, what they think about life, about their own existence, and not because I was rabble, or related in someway to them, mainly because it's been eating me away my entire life and I always try to decode how others manage this hassle. We are probably living one of the most shallow and trivial era in the modern history, with the pros and cons that it entails, its kinda predictable how people act and how you should act in concern of a specific situation. For example, when you are going to a job interview, let's say you are applying to be a bank employee, then you know basically how to behave in order to gain some extra points, because that's how they want you to be.

But going a little deeper I try to reach the root about human behavior, why we act the way we act, and what we think we are doing according to our personal concept of "living". In order to understand humankind you have to let your mind open as widest as you can imagine it could open and then multiply it by 10, cause we people, are weird, basic, unique, hateful, lovely, charming, and also fucking assholes every day, 24/7, at the same time to someone else eye, and thats a fact, and thats probably what differentiates us as a species with the rest of the animals. They don't plan a strategy on how to behave in front of the alpha wolf, so to speak, the don't hate because they think how another lion is in terms of his behavior in society, or how to act in front of a ladybug to impress her, even you can argue this one by quoting a lot of animals that have some very complex ways to get laid doing some kind of courtship, but that's 99% instinct, because its a repetitive behavior that is in their own species since centuries and it hasn't been modified, either cause its effective or cause its not rational.

We tend to show something according to our concepts of human behavior depending in the context and our concept of it, also depending on a lot of prejudices that are inevitable affecting the rational optimistic point of view. it all ended up being a mix of thoughts and concepts and concepts installed by society that determine the actions of our species, as personal individuals. We all have been struggling with the Truman's syndrome inside us, its in our nature to be some kind of megalomaniac creatures trying to be the star in the next Hollywood movie, if you disagree with this one, tell me how many times have you played music in your head to make a situation more dramatic and romantically artistic in certain situations?...we are all guilty of it. Our own existence is based in ourselves, our own survival instinct and preservations, remember after all we were wild at the begging, and we all want to be respected, understood, to have some formed opinion about all things, we manage to compensate our knowledge with how we behave in that specific situation, like for example gesticulation while speaking, but the most common thing is that we always think we are a step forward...from who?

Nowadays those concepts about living, happiness, humankind even our own existence are almost all stained with some personal interests, such as money and power as the fuel to the daily routine, and I'm not talking only about politicians, or your hateful coworker that everyone hates because reasons, Im talking about you and me, normal people who are also working under the same regime, with the same "values" and the same goals in some way. So how do we think we behave, besides our own special movie? how much we are affecting something, does any of this predetermined ways of acting are related to how and who we are? how does other people si you values, your lifestyle, or eve what thing you choose on a daly living, those are my shouts right now, and overtime I stare at people, or when I read the news and a person has killed ten people because they believed in some other stuff, overtime I heard how much a football player wins in terms of money a year, or even when some random person is asking me what time is it on the street.

This could be seen as another philosophic post about someones thoughts about humankind, but this is a daily issue for me, something the has bothered me since I can remember, and even it doesn't affect me at any level, it feels kinda weird trying to imagine how people think, and how they set values and priorities in order to survive this world. As we are leaving behind our animal instinct, we are getting more and more into automated behavior trying to fulfill one simple goal in our existence, succeed.

I don't think most people can see outside whatever system they believe is reality. It's one of the topics I shall cover with @aakom, but it's dark material. Am reading The Grunch of Giants by Buckminster Fuller - passages of genius with rambling insanity - I figure he was getting fed up that few understood his real mission.

Resteemed and upvoted by the MAP-AAKOM community.
Will be included in the next "Resteems" post.

Im gonna look for that book "The Grunch of Giants" sounds like the kind of things I love reading. Where are you talking about that topic with @aakom? its like a chat channel, or podcast? Thanks so much for the upvote and the resteem :)

Well, most people don't think.

They are just playing a script. They get angry, or happy, based on certain triggers.

When i get angry at someone, they had better work things out, but most other people just seem to get angry because of a word they heard wrong and triggered them. And, the anger has no real meaning. Next week they can't even remember the incident.

So, i could say you are over-analysing things, because in most people there is nothing there. Or, i could say you haven't gone far enough in your modelling. Like, have you modelled all of the myers-briggs types? How about the enneagram types? These types are a good starting place for actually perceiving what drives a person.
