Steemit: Motivating Creativity

Why can everyone easily write and share everything in steemit than any other social media?

Steemit friends, have you ever thought if Steemit has motivated all of us to be active and creative in acting?

Let's see, so many posts are shared here by various users from around the world. Of so many posts are trivial and ordinary we meet before.

The question is why trivial things that we do not meet or rarely we share on other social media, such as facebook, twitter, googleplus, instagram and personal blogs like blogspot and wordpress.

Facebook for example, every time always asks "What do you think?" When users access their account homepage. But how many of the facebook users actually post creative thoughts on their facebook homepage. The most often we find these days are only verbal abuse and profanity.

Surely it is not found in Steemit.

Every Steemit user every day seeks to post interesting and unique things, in a creative way.

Does the fee that Steemit users receive affect creativity? I can answer, mostly yes. Since the initial goal of almost all Steemit users is to share things with others. Besides that they also get rewarded. In other words, all of us here are workers to advance Steemit.

Like employees in one company, the behavior and workings of each employee is different. Some only complain when given a job, there is not shy ask for help of others, because they feel themselves still apprentices who are not yet expert in the work. There is also a lazy just waiting for the work of employees to be copied again.

So also with motivation. Each person has a different motivation to do something. But no matter what our motivation is at Steemit, for sure one thing, Steemit has opened our eyes, that everyone can channel creative ideas, from writing, photography, design and more. And that's all this routine we do, but difficult to develop.

I think the respect for what we and others have done is the fundamental thing that motivates everything to move forward. But of course in good ways in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable in Steemit as a company for everyone who joins here.

Founder Steemit has given us space and opportunities to develop our creativity. Of course Every award we receive, comparable creativity that we have.
