Article - On using the advantages of strategic alliances in the aviation industry and in other industries!
There are several advantages for different aviation companies working alone or together with other companies. If companies choose to work together, there is a strategic alliance.
A strategic alliance consists of at least two companies that are working together to get things easier as for instance the customer satisfaction, the satisfaction for the leaders and the employees, and for doing the financial management better. The strategic alliances can be structured around technology, product and markets. And one can work to do the competitive situation better and sharing resources between the companies.
A strategic alliance that is working, is about constituting a strategy for getting an alliance, who one is cooperating with, and about having a common goal. Building trust, having good, strong and positive relations, and forming contracts and agreements through ownership. Mutual trust among the parties involved in the relevant alliance means fewer conflicts and better stability in the alliance.
If there are too big differences in cultures, social conditions that are bad or missing, or bad values, imply that there is failures in having a strategic alliance. The companies that are involved should be together in positive ways, and they should work for the same vision and mission. A thoroughly strategic planning and preparation for the partners that should be involved, are absolute necessary for doing a strategic alliance in a wise way.
The most important resources in an organization are physical, financial, human factors, organization resources and dynamic capabilities. Hence, any organization can be easy, middle complex or complex in its being every place.
It is important with strategic alliances in many branches, for instance for airplanes, banks, grocery stores, hotels, vendors and many more companies. In principle, two or more than two companies can cooperate to get the situations in markets better, and for getting better imaginations and impressions about the strategic alliance than being alone.
The are good and bad things of cooperation. One should use the positive factors in the best way, and not stressing any factor that is negative. Trust, loyalty and relation building are good for making cultures positive and for attaining stability in the strategic alliance. A metaphor for any strategic alliance is a marriage. You should be together to do things better than being alone, and that is also the situations for many firms in private business of all variables and factors conceivable!
So, wake up for a new day and structure the company in question with smiles and good manners! We are always together, or we are competitors. That is like having a friend or an enemy!
