Article - On strengthening the satisfaction to free customers in different markets!

Marketing is about using marketing strategies and research methods to obtain satisfaction among free customers. And that is our mission and our goal behind all our efforts!

The sellers different places in the world, are just offering different things to markets. And they all vary in quality. But we should always operate as good as possible. The sellers try to make good dialogues with the markets orally and with written materials, and they try to define and to understand the flexibility in the needs in the markets, and sometimes also the needs is cemented. But although what you are doing, you try to smile and be positive to give something attractive to the markets.


What kind of marketing strategies can be used in markets?

1. Products. The products are coming with properties which you can like or dislike. And all sellers and marketing people are offering products to the markets nationally and internationally. The most important thing in marketing is the product, and the product should be as good as possible. It is easier to sell a good product than a bad product!

2. Price. The price is what you pay. You can put the price up, hold it constant, or you can put it down. Regardless of what you do, the prices should be acceptable in markets to good perceived quality!

3. Place. The localization to your firm is always important. You should place the firm, where the markets are! Parking facilitates are also important to have places where the car could be placed. And the third thing is the distribution channels. Distribution channels have something to do with who says or writes what to who in dfferent places to different time! Distribution channels are the social and economical ways we use to get the products to the customers in the markets.

4. Promotion. The sellers should be recruited to sell as much as possible. And the marketing philosophy and the marketing information should be structured as gaining sale! Promotion is also about using economic incentives in the markets to motivate the sellers to work. And we should always work in markets to be properly as individuals. Much public work is about producing documents without any market! That is not any good philosophy of the existence! In addition to this, market communcation plays a role. You should give and receive messages that you are comfortable with, and if there are bad messages and/or stupid things in markets, you should try to turn the development to a positive journey!


What kinds of research methods can be used to reach the customers? In principle, we can use two kinds of research methods:

1.  Qualitative methods. Qualitative methods are qualitative better! The best thing in markets is to use qualitative methods, because you get more and better information, and you can also get the causes, the processes and the effects of doing different things. And you get this information from the customers. Qualitative methods are methods such as doing interviews, and face-to-face information about key informants and some important persons in the markets. The best information you get by asking people much, and you can use a structured and/or unstructured design. You get much information in the depth!

2. Quantitative methods. A method is some tool you use to examine something. Quantitative methods are such tools as questionnaires with questions and answers, and using SEM or Structured Equation Modeling. You get much information in the width!


We use these different things to obtain satisfaction among the customers. And we can use everything and every instrument to reach satisfaction. You are satisfied if you get what you expect, and you will be in positive moods and giving a natural smile in your way!

The customers are free, and they can answer yes or no to different market offerings and different efforts in the markets. The customers have a free will. The quality of the answering is always in accordance to the different personalities, but it is the customers that are the kings in markets. You determine to buy a product with brand or none-brand or you can decide not to buy, and what you do as a customer will influence the economic results and the activities the firm in question holds different places.

As sellers and customers we can be in every conceivable place to every time. And we can be clustered with data and information about where we are, and with what can be done. We are in different markets from time to time, and that implies that we can be at home or abroad, and the markets is about a seller and a potential customers meeting each other physically or invisible. We meet each other by offering a product, and the meeting can in principle be of all kinds we have scientific material for from time to time!
