"Fear is the mindkiller." Famous Frank Herbert quote (author of the "Dune" series of books) from many years ago that has stuck with me ever since. It's wise to learn to understand our own fears... some are quite rational (seek cover when a tornado is heading your way!), but many are just psychological constructs.
