MOTIVATION
Hello to my lovely and ever supportive followers, i am here once again to wow you with my thoughts, some might be relevant to your line of work or everyday life.
So sit back and relax as i unfold the content of my heart today.
Motivation
What is motivation?
Motivation simply the way i see it are the combination of both external and internal factors that can spur or stimulate a desire enthusiast or energy in a group of people or individual to be continually and always interested and committed to a subject, role or to make a very encourage effort of attaining a set goal.
That being said, how important is motivation to a person?
Motivation traits naturally some people posses it, and some don't, i don't know why but am sure the creator of all thing will have answer to that question.
Motivation is mostly found in people who have high self esteem people who have the quality to lead.
NOTE: The requirement of a leader is the motivation trait.
Unfortunately not all leaders can motivate but all motivator are a potential leader.
My analysis is being viewed from a project manager perspective.
The most simple definition of what a manager job is, is to motivate a group of people to do their job effectively
A manager gets his job done by motivating other people to do their job. Ofcourse there are other tools and techniques a manager need to possess in supporting the motivational quality he already possess..
The word motivation is so important to people with low self esteem and people who need to be lifted up with little motivation, motivation can be in the form of incentives, such as money, gift, or little talk it can even be in the form of lunch or dinner..
However you don't need to motivate everyone with incentives, the proven type of motivation is the ever popular quote, motivational quote by great mind of this world and so many books written for our enjoyment and upliftment from our dark day or week...
I have many motivational quote i do use when am faced with obstacles or when going through bad day or when in a difficult situation.
I STILL BELIEVE PASTORS ARE THE BEST MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKERS open to debate though.
