Isn't Putin kinda late to finding water on Mars hahaha. Does he realize that water was discovered on Mars on September 28th, 2015? I don't know, I just find it funny that he sets out for finding water on Mars and comes to find out that this was discovered 3 years ago lol. Anyways, I really enjoyed this post, and you definetly deserved an upvote/follow from me!
It was actually the (poles of) the Moon that they where looking for water. So they could establish a base I believe.
