Why we still do not live in the earthly paradise and what we have to do

What I see, what I do not see!. I turn on my phone and i see all these fantastic new technologies: robots, smart homes, wearables, electric cars, and others and others and others!
So i think i'm living in a very very lucky present, this is the earthly paradise! then i turn off my phone and.......the dream ends, I do not see any of this, there are almost the same things of 2-5-10 years ago! and I observe how most people continue to live in the past, it seems that the present is a constant past!.
All these fantastic futurologists explain how technological progress is exponential, like a tree a discovery leads to other 2 discoveries that leads to other 4 discoveries that leads to other 8 and so on!. But yet, in the reality of every day, progress does not seem to be even linear, maybe yes if with "linear" we mean that it looks like the line of a flat electroencephalogram!.
But what causes this? The economic crisis? Not much information? A plot of oil lobbyists? perhaps even these things, but one of the major faults is......your mind, your little static mind!. You keep thinking according to old rules and make sure that the future is manifested in the present in an obsolete way, in the practical side you continue to always buy the same things and, in this way, all those fantastic technologies do not spread in reality or even do not reach the minimum requirement to turn from projects to something concrete.
Then buy electric cars, stop keeping on doing boring repetitive actions like: closing a door, cooking, lighting a light bulb but delegate everything to your smart assistant! human is a creative being and suffers in repetitiveness.
Now I do not care to tell you the reason of your bad attitude, as a "future imposer" I set myself the task of realizing heaven on earth with the help of technology, if you really want to free yourself from slavery and, like me, you adopt the wise and far-sighted Aristotelian reflection "If one day the frames could weave by themselves, one would do without the slaves" today you can do it, all you have to do is change your life choices.
