Guide For Minnows: How To Get Free Upvotes
Are you new on Steemit? Are you a talented guy/gal with wicked writing skills but is not getting any upvotes for your hardwork? Are you angry, frustrated, and tired because your super-awesome article is not getting the attention it deserved?
If you're answer to all the question is yes then you come to the right place (post). Here I will tell you the secret on how to get free upvotes - just kidding they're not really secrets.
Most of the thing I will discuss here is something everyone should be able to find by themselves if they stay a bit and do some research. But, since I'm a really awesome (lol) guy, I'll save you guys the trouble and write everything I know here.
Anyways, without further ado here are some ways to get free upvotes.
1. Join Minnow Support Project
This is THE community to join. Every new steemians SHOULD definitely join this community. It's one of the biggest and the best (if not the very best) community in Steemit. Registration is easy, you just need to go to their discord channel and READ THE INSTRUCTION PROPERLY and send the necessary SBD to @minnowsupport.
Where to get free SBD and STEEM? Easy! You can ask for 0.001 SBD or STEEM at the general chat. The members are really nice and they would gladly give you that amount as long as you tell them you need it to register. Or you can just wait for the guys running those resteem services. They would often send 0.001 SBD or STEEM directly to your wallet to advertise their services. You can also ask me for that amount. Just write it on the comment.
After registering you can get a free upvote every 48 hours (unless the bot is sleeping) if you post the link of your post in the post promotion channel. 2. Busy.org
Instead of using the official Steemit website, you can opt to use Busy.org instead to post your articles to get free upvotes from the @busy bot. To get the upvote you need to post at Busy.org and then use the tag "busy" as one of your five tags. A little disclaimer though. To get the upvote you will need to have certain numbers of followers and your article must be decent. ABSOLUTELY NO SPAM!.
After that you just need to wait for that upvote. Though, sometimes the upvote won't come in so just try again.
3. eSteem
eSteem is a nifty app for Android and IOS users with tons of cool features. If you have an Android or IOS phone then I highly suggest you download this app.
To get the upvotes, all you need to do is use the app to post your article and then use the tag "esteem" and/or "esteemapp" then just wait for the upvote from @esteemapp and @good-karma. But, just like Busy.org your post must be decent and no spam. Also, just like Busy.org the votes would come after a few hours or never at all. If that happened you just have to try again.
4. Wafrica
This one is really easy. All you need to do to get an upvote is to make a decent article and then use the tag "wafrica". Then just wait for the vote @wafrica to arrive. As long as your post is good and nothing went wrong to the system then you will get an upvote rather quicky.
5. Dedication and patience
I kinda cheated here. Steemit is NOT a quick rich scheme or that sort of shit. In order to succeed here dedication and patience is absolutely necessary. There are plenty of ways to get upvotes here, all you need to do is build a good following and join some communities. But, this things needs time, so dedication and patience is necessary. Therefore, don't give up. Success is just around the corner.
