Yo tambien, lo creia, hasta que pude comencer, a preparar nuestro viaje a Bulgaria, y descubrí que ese postre lacteo, conocido en todo el mundo es un invento que los búlgaros defienden como suyo. Y razón no debe faltarles, pues la bacteria empleada para elaborarlo se llama Lactobacillus bulgaricus en honor a su origen. Sin duda podemos decir visto lo visto que el yogurt es el plato más famoso de la gastronomía búlgara."
