Bue Gureeng "Gampoeng" ala Aceh
"Bue Gureeng Gampoeng" (mentioned in Aceh language) is cooked fried rice with a fairly simple recipe, by giving a delicious delicacy that is not less delicious with the ranking of other cuisine menu. Only by giving onions, tomatoes, and chili, we can serve. And do not forget also with a dish of fried salted fish in mixed with spicy acid side dishes like in the photo. And of course with a drink of milk porridge that is perfect for us to eat in the morning.
