Bakwan Corn With special indomie
Materials and seasonings needed
Main Ingredients
2 pieces of sweet corn
75 grams of flour
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1 egg
2 celery sticks, roughly sliced
1 stick of leeks, finely sliced
Enough water
Right amount of oil
Softened seasoning:
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
T tsp coriander powder
T tsp pepper powder
cm turmeric (optional)
Salt to taste

How to make:
Peel the corn husk first. Remove hair that is still attached, then wash thoroughly. Drain.
Grated corn that has been washed. Crude mash using a screw.
Mix corn, wheat flour, rice flour, eggs, celery, and spring onions. Add fine seasoning. Stir well.
Pour water little by little while stirring until all ingredients are evenly mixed and get the dough with the right thickness.
Heat the oil in the pan. Take one spoonful of vegetable dough, then pour it in the frying pan. Fry the mixture over medium heat until golden yellow and cooked. Lift, drain. Do this method until the dough runs out.
Put cornbread on a serving plate. Dish.
