Hey my all dear friends today I am come with a very interesting topic that is the power of decision making as we all know that we will always have to take decision for the Welfare of ourselves and our society also. Our success and failure is fully depend upon our decision making in other words we can say it as the power of our decision making suppose we were talking about a soldier of Army and BSF if he is the commander of his whole section then he would have the good ability of decision making in him there are many factors which affect the decision making and these are as follows I would like to describe it in points

• the first one is the object in the process of decision making we will have to select the object
• after then we will have to look to all the factors that for respective you working
• the courses open in the decision making
• and at last the plan of action
