Today I twice caught the eye of books that talk about the past.
What happened in our past can limit us in the present. We don't have to be the same as we were in the past.
If we get rid of this self-understanding that I am so and so, then we have a lot of opportunities to experience something new - something that has not happened to us yet.
This also applies to relationships.
