Secret of Happiness
There is a very beautiful quotation of Ralph Waldo Emerson, i went through while reading newspaper
" For every minute you remain angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness."
There are always two aspects of life. For example we can be either positive or negative. In either of these two situations we cannot live the moments of other aspect. We have to abdicate somethings to achieve something.
Ralph really recognized the nature of human by expressing the Secret of Happiness in his quotation. If a person remains angry he will ultimately lose the happy moments that he could live in those angry moments.
To stay happy, one must find the reason to be unhappy or irritate. It is said that to cure a disease one must find its causes. So to stay happy one must find the causes of staying unhappy. once you held control over you annoying things. You will feel liberalize and a pleasing moment will be there for you to live.
Different people find happiness through different ways. Some find it by staying free all day, some by working, some by giving charity and some by saving surplus, some people feel happiness in painting and some by clicking. Some different people have their own views and nature to come at happiness.
But to answer this mysterious question Secret of Happiness.. I would say it is one's aptitude for happiness. To stay happy one must have an aptitude for happiness. Otherwise He/She won't be happy even in Disney.

The secret to happiness is keeping yourself away from the negativity in life.. Always try to see the brighter side of things. Being positive ables one to see the goodness of others.
