Here's some recent stuff I posted on Facebook that I figured I might as well post here as well.

Dunno if anyone will even read this, it's a bit scattered and my steem page has been pretty slow recently, but.. I figured I might as well post these here rather than just deleting them.. Heck.. Someone might browse through and find something interesting or worthwhile or helpful. :)

So.. I'm in the process of applying for a job that I think is really going to help me turn my life around in a positive way and to give a lil backstory..
I've sort of avoided the "system" most of my life. I got pulled out of public school early and my parents tried to home school me but failed and I essentially was "unschooled" and educated myself.
Heck.. I wasn't even born in a hospital and never got all the vaccines and toxic nonsense most people get, I'm one of the most "free" untainted human beings in the modern industrialized world.

I've also managed to avoid paying income tax my whole life and was helped by family and never made enough money to go over the threshold which is required to file.
And now I need to sign a W-9 to get this job and I'm looking at all the different tax forms on the IRS website and I just have to say.. This is bullshit.
Seriously.. The government wanting/trying to know almost everything about peoples money situation is ridiculous, it's even dare I say "criminal" in my opinion.

I don't know how so many people put up with this, and on top of that have so much of their income stolen every year when they do pay their taxes.
It's long past the time when people should have revolted/demanded change and more freedom.
It's really sad how much slavery and domination and bullying people put up with in mass and I'm not looking forward to becoming a part of that injustice just because I want to make more money.

I wish society collectively had more of a spine and they would stick up for their basic human rights, instead of just.. "Going with the flow".
But.. I guess many people probably feel how I feel as I start to explore this territory, alone.. And like they can't really do anything to change the bigger picture.
The people in power sure do have a strong mind control game going over the people to the point, people willingly capitulate and offer their servitude without much resistance at all.

So many people are so busy trying to be happy and live their dream lives that they seem to want to avoid difficult and negative things in life.
They chase after this false/fake idea that is propagated throughout entertainment and media that you have to experience all of these materialistic things and travel the world and blah blah blah.
In doing this they tend to neglect and ignore some of the most important issues.. Like defending the innocent and protecting the environment/planet.
They forget that true happiness comes from within and also from facing the darkness and adversity in life and helping others.

This is my opinion, so if you wanna argue it fine, but this is what I think and believe.
I think and believe that the people in power love it when the majority of people are almost entirely if not entirely focused on themselves and their own egotistical desires, rather than trying to interrupt the monopoly of control they have over almost everything.
And I know.. It's scary, going up against the most ruthless powerful evil monsters in the world. Yet.. That's what we need.
We don't need more Kardashians and people glamorizing and frantically chasing unsustainable lifestyles while we're destroying almost everything on this earth worth anything.

The reason everything is so messed up isn't just because greedy fucks at the top are exploiting so much, it's even more so because so many regular normal people put up with it and don't try to stop them.
They couldn't get away with it nearly as much as they do if more people cared more about each other than just trying to be happy themselves and ignoring everything else that is unpleasant.
The reason so much is corrupt isn't as much because of the "bad" people, it's because the otherwise "good" people have been trained to not care enough to try to do anything about it.
If only more people cared about others more instead of being lost in their own little worlds.. We wouldn't be mass extincting other species and heading towards our own species extinction and the destruction of our larger collective world.

Expressing your pain and sadness doesn't necessarily mean you want pity.
Or sympathy, it doesn't even mean you want empathy or anything from anyone else.
Sometimes it just means that you want to express yourself honestly and authentically in a similar way that you smile when you're happy.
Repressing your depression cause you're worried about what people might think is prolly not a good thing, repression rarely is a good thing in my opinion.
Allow yourself to be human. Allow yourself to feel.
It's not wrong to be sad even if society tries to desensitize it out of you and turn you into some stoic warrior, society is often wrong..
Your intuition on the other hand is rarely wrong and if you listen to your intuition instead of society I think you'll be a lot better off. <3

Many have said stuff like.. "Life is short I just wanna be happy and have fun", And also people often say.. "Time flies when you're having fun".
So.. Isn't it an almost ironic or bittersweet sort of thing that it seems like.. Even those who do spend most of their life being super happy OR at least trying, end up having their life flash by like a blur even quicker?

I think you're probably out of balance if you're too positive. Life is seemingly a duality and if you only focus on half of the picture you're missing half of the puzzle.
People who embrace their sadness I think end up likely being much happier in the long run and have a deeper experience than those who try to force positivity and who try to repress or avoid/run from/hide from negativity.

Another main problem is that I think most people don't remember nearly enough and haven't trained their memory at all especially since public schools don't teach that skill and if you don't remember much, you can't do nearly as much in the world.
Especially spend the countless hours learning about how the world works, you'll just forget it, not that you'll likely have the interest in the first place due to your bad memory.

People tend to use forced positivity as a mask to try to hide their other half.
Not allowing themselves to be free, to be fluid and live authentically.
Wanting to attract what they don't genuinely have.
An attempt to control the shadow of their duality.
Making it seem like they're happy outwardly, when deep down they're truly sad.
While simultaneously ostracizing those who openly experience their negativity.
Essentially unable to reach the deeper levels of being glad.
Probably more depressed than those who honestly express their pained energies.
Keeping it repressed, until they burst out aggressively mad.
Then where's the love and light? What happened to your empathy?
What a mighty task to have..
Desiring to overpower things mentally.
Existentially, what a path..
Ignoring who they're meant to be.
But they can only hold it back so long and after that..
It'll resurface eventually.
Like waves in the ocean it comes and goes.
Just let it flow.
There's a reason you feel those things, don't you know?
Go where you need to go.
There's a purpose within your lack of hope.
A story to be told.
If you don't look, you'll never learn what was shown.
Don't let them scare you away from yourself, even if it means you become alone.
Imagine what you might find? Something worth unspeakable value.. Your soul.

I'm writing a couple sample articles for the job I'm applying for and.. Was wondering if anyone might have any input to share.
The first one is about how Language is powerful and the second one is about how Inspiration is important.
If you have any thoughts on either subject please feel free to share! I could use some more ideas. :) Thanks if you do help!
