Looking at destroyed graves
They don’t even have respect for the dead
Looking at burned houses
Looking at burned churches
Looking at mutilated corpses scattered all over the place
SOLDIER OR CIVILIAN- IT IS NOT THE SAME
THAT IS THE LINE THAT CANNOT BE CROSSED
And I cry
And I throw up
And talk to the unit
“They’ve made their move, they’ve played their card
I want you all to study the terrain
And start taking aerial photos of their positions
Our go time is 2 A.M.
Until that time I want you all to rest
I need everybody to be well-rested and with the cool head
Tomorrow they will see how we pray for these people over there
