LIL' ME WITHIN
Outside I'm growing a mature being
But inside there is still a 'lil me'!
Who still smiles at the colorful spectrum
Flashing through the sparkling rain and sun,
Who goes crazy sometimes and sometimes all
He wants is mischief and lot of fun!
A bit of music when lands on his ears, secretly
Dances his feet,still at the sight of his for thing
Or the cutest girl, his heart still skips a beat!
Still his eyes are not for the guests at his party
But it frantically searches their hands for the gifts,
Still when framing something he closes his
Eyes and starts to sniff!
Still the appealing chocolates and the ice-creams
Brings a glitter to his eyes,
He still likes to draw, still likes to color,
Still likes to watch Spongebob Squarepants.
But over the years he has learnt to blush and
Dismiss with a thanks!
He still tries to balance the switch between on and off
Or tries to see when the refrigerator lights go off.
He is still demanding his dad for some silly things
He might grow all big and tall but
He likes to be that special guy and favorite of one and all.
