Removal of the bad habit of cancer
Today is World Cancer Day. Worldwide Cancer Day is celebrated every year on February 4th to increase awareness of cancer. Although some people may be infected with genetically, other people are suffering from death like cancer due to some bad habit. According to the World Health Organization, 16 percent of the world's people die of cancer every year. But it is possible to protect against the attack of this killer disease by changing a few rules of living.
Prevention is better than remedy. So, to prevent cancer, we should know about the abstinence of some common bad habits of our daily life-

(1) The first and main cause of cancer is tobacco.
Although many organizations have been campaigning worldwide for awareness regarding smoking and smoking, the benefits are not available. Because those who smoke, they are affected by this drug despite being aware of the consequences. It is therefore essential to give up smoking in the prevention of cancer.
(2) Obesity creates various problems in the body. Along with these minor diseases, one of the main causes of cancer. Fertility is health risk living with cancer risk-free.
(3) Experts say alcohol increases the risk of cancer. Extra alcohol leads people to liver, face, throat, colon, breast and colon cancer.
(4) Additional sunlight due to Ultra-Violet Rays due to skin cancer. Ultra-violet rays break the DNA of the skin and increase the cell growth by causing cancer.
(5) Increases the likelihood of processed and preserved meat cancer. Bacon, sausage, frozen pork, camel meat, etc. eating more and more, it is equivalent to slowly moving towards cancer. So doctors suggested eating such a small amount of food once a week.
(6) Some studies have said that women's vaginal disorders, especially vaginal mouths, are caused due to the use of touch powder. Many people use powders after the period, which often causes ovarian cancer.
(7) Adumitative or uterine cancer is caused due to excessive sugar-based soda or regular drinking. Increases sugar levels in the more sweet blood. This leads to obesity and the possibility of creating ovaries, gallbladder, pancreatic and breast cancer.
(8) Increased risk of stomach cancer due to eating extra salt-rich foods every day. The amount of sodium needed in the body is obtained from the natural ingredients of the food, the body. So do not mix salt in the food separately.
