 I can affirm that today we live the "revolution of longevity" ... derived from progress and civilization as a movement in favor of life, invincible for being an expression of the simplest and elementary desire of the human heart: to live one day plus. As spontaneously as people want to breathe, they want longer, healthier lives.
 Longevity increases with time ... there is no maximum limit for human life.
 Longevity is not necessarily related to the excessive care of the body or the organism, many factors can affect the life expectancy of each of us.
 Prosperity, education and medical treatment have played a more decisive role than previously thought. During the last decades, life expectancy has increased progressively and significantly.
 Healthy aging with all that implies is a contributing and essential factor to consolidate longevity.
