Sharing problems

When people criticise you, often, confusion may be inevitable. Just relax and evaluate yourself. Confusion isn't always bad as it seems.
When confusion knocks at your door, creativity is likely to be ushered in.

Leadership may easily get frustrated in the face of problems. Confusion giving birth to frustration. Hmmmmmmm ❕ No place on earth that lacks problems. Life is problem galore. Leaders swim 🏊 in these assorted, and often alien problems too.

We must learn to share our problems with the pertinent people. The governing must listen 👂 to the governed. Likewise, followers must share from the burden of leaders. Everyone possesses a dark area of incompetence.
