What fun it is to be a Steemian! I have been jumping back and forth, but mostly trying to keep up with all of you friends, family and followers, each with your very own journey of blogging and discovery. Many are here to make new friends in this ecosystem, some are trying to find an audience, and some wish most of all to have money with which to live their dreams. Which of these desires is the truest?

Surely they are all the same desire, a desire to relate, to feel useful and valued. Well, due to the nature of the platform, as you all know, I cannot value and participate in all your events at the same time, but I can jump around and have fun while doing it ;p

@fireawaymarmot has a very unique contest on, and it looks like it could use a little rush of energy and excitement! With a original instrumental composition that has previously been posted to youtube, we are to write a 'story' between 50 and 1500 words. I put 'story' in 'quotes' because I am about to bend the rules. Please take a listen to the youtube clip below to get an idea of what we are dealing with here.

So here is my 'story', designed to be sung along with the music ;p

Toilet Paper Bush

When I go off to the bathroom,
some times I'm running fast.
Depending on, what I'm feeling,
I might be about to blast.
Across the trails I see the outhouse,
time for the final dash.
Whats this, no toilet paper?
I guess we didn't have the cash.

Chorus:

Oh, without toilet paper
what oh what would we do?
Oh, without toilet paper,
You too would be blue.
Oh, nice white paper
I need paper for my loo.
Ohhhh, any paper
Tibouchina bush I need you!

Picking leaves from Tibouchina
Only the most fuzzy ones
Inspecting well both sides,
so there won't be a bug.
I planted lots of cuttings,
toilet paper I have tons.
my tp is green and fuzzy,
the type I don't have to lug.

free, from expensive paper
free from bleached white sheets

Well that was quite a silly one. I happy to participate but sometimes a song about toilet paper just comes out! Consider a toilet paper bush near your outhouse ;p

Ha! Looks like this might have been inspired by our discussion on toilet paper plants, or maybe just a big coincidence! Nice song. :)
