I read this one before!

I like the tone, and as you outlined, the character's simple way of putting things. It's not the most eventful story, and even though that can drag on child-like attention span sometimes, Anne manages to use the mundane and the realistic to depict a struggle that is both relatable and tangible.

Oh, and awesome prompt by the way. I'm going to have fun with this one.
