To hear the voice of our conscience
Conscience is the mirror of man, his existence. The center and guide of moral evaluation of values and actions is conscience.
When we consider our behaviors in terms of good and bad, we can define conscience as an internal control power or an authority, even as moral consciousness that informs people of good and bad.
Sometimes we cannot hear the voice of our conscience. The reason is that we forget to listen to ourselves. We listen to every sound that comes to our ears, we listen to everyone, but we do not listen to our own voice. That voice that cries out sometimes, for some reason, we have closed our ears to our inner world. Ideas that attack us from all sides live in the cries of opinion, we hear movies, newspapers, news, and empty chatter.
If we had made a conscious plan to never listen to our own voices, we probably couldn't have done better...
I think sometimes we think of going on vacation, resting, having fun. Where we go, we actually run away from ourselves. We are really afraid of being alone. Instead of being alone with ourselves, we prefer to be with others in environments that you do not like, to deal with meaningless things. We are afraid of ourselves. We treat ourselves this way because of the suspicion that we will make a bad friend.
In fact, everything that disrupts our freedom, our personality, our thoughts, whether it is our roles or our thoughts, harms us.

In order to hear the voice of our conscience, we need to be alone with ourselves and listen to ourselves. For example, if we can answer the question "What can I do right now" with our inner world, we can listen to the voice of our conscience. If this voice advises us not to harm ourselves and ourselves, this voice is always the voice of our own conscience, which is our essence. If we do these, of course, we will have a good communication with our inner world.
