Being grateful does not mean that you agree with what you have, but quite the opposite, it is to give a value to what you have achieved (with or without effort).

Thank you opens the windows of heaven, simply that attitude of recognition will make your day change from normal to extraordinary.

Now, how to achieve it every day:

1.- Take a break and look around, at least take a few minutes to see 2 things for which you feel grateful. Usually, in the morning when you wake up is an ideal time.

2.- Thanks for the little things, allows thanking for everything, even if it is something very insignificant.

3.- Express gratitude, it is important to express what you feel to that person who has done a lot for you.

4.- Think of yourself, thank for at least 2 things for which you would like to thank yourself, such as good actions you do towards others.

5.- End the day grateful, as well as start the day by thanking, it is important that you get used to ending the day in the same way, for example, thank God for having given you a day.

How wonderful to make these tips a daily habit, I assure you that it will help you create a happy atmosphere in your life.

As a formula for happiness, we have to practice gratitude daily because it makes you value what has been achieved and motivates you to continue the pursuit of well-being in full.
