CHAPTER 8: COMMERCIAL BREAK

Billy (OFF SCREEN): OCW War is brought to you by Monster Jerky. We killed the monster under your bed, now you can eat happy and sleep feeling safe.

LETHAL LOTTO TV SPOT 1

[A black and white clip is played of several people in the ring.]

Narrator (OFF SCREEN): 10 fighters, one ring and only two things is on their side: luck and a desire to achieve greatness. Two men start and another enters every minute, only way to be eliminated is to be thrown over the top rope and on the floor...until there are four.

[A cage is shown going down and being hooked onto the cage.]

Billy (OFF SCREEN): Final four!

Julius (OFF SCREEN): This is looking good.

Narrator (OFF SCREEN): The final four will battle in an “eliminate or escape” cage match. The winner receives a guaranteed title shot to be cashed in at any time. The women will have theirs, but the men will have a bigger hill to climb when they fight to face the OCW Champion.

LSD (OFF SCREEN): This is crazy man.

[The tone of the video completely changes from energetic to calm, yet tense as a clip is shown (still in black and white) of Sully Sphinx and Genuin staring down.]

Narrator (OFF SCREEN): The challenger, a legend, a man that helped create this federation.

Sully: I just wanted to see if this title was in the right hands, but now I’m just pissed off.

Narrator (OFF SCREEN): The champion, the new face of the company, a man that demands respect.

[Genuin is seen slapping Sully clean across the face. Sully springs back at Genuin, staring at him with eyes wide open.]

Genuin: I’m the best one here now, you are nothing compared to me.

Narrator (OFF SCREEN): These two will battle in one-on-one combat; winner takes the belt...and the honor.

Sully: I may be out of practice, but I can take that belt from you happily after knocking your teeth out.

Genuin: You fight me, you may not walk again.

Sully: Story of my life is hearing people just
like you saying that. Well guess what? I’m still
standing while you are still talking.

[Genuin takes a swing to the head; Sully dodges and shoves him back against the turnbuckle. Video cuts to officials keeping the two separated. Close up on Sully.]

Narrator (OFF SCREEN): Can the legend rain supreme?

Sully: I never lost that title; I sure as hell won’t lose it to you.

[Close up of Genuin]

Narrator (OFF SCREEN): Will the champion overcome his biggest challenge yet?

Genuin: I am the greatest man in this thing. I could’ve kicked your ass back when I was in grade school.

fades into the black screen. The logo fades out

Network” fade in. Those words fade out and the
