Jordan Burroughs Demolishes Ben Askren

Jordan Burroughs demolished Ben Askren 11-0 by technical fall in their exhibition wrestling match at Beat the Streets “Grapple at the Garden” on Monday night at Hulu Theatre inside Madison Square Garden. As Jordan said "there are levels to this."

This was great that Ben Askren did this for charity putting himself up against the best wrestler of the generation. The crazy thing was that Jordan is still competing and is trying to get on the Olympic Team again.

Ben said in a post fight interview that he had no illusion that he would win but he thought he would get at least one double. He also said when he went on the mat he was ready to take his "ass whupping." I am so impressed that he would put himself through that to raise money for wrestling. That is a man to be admired.
