Would you rather? It is time to talk again.
So, second game went a little better and @smysullivan received 1.6 SBD and 3 Steems. I highly appreciate all the answers, but could reward only one person... rules are rules. However, let's fix it for today's game:
My 3 favorite (or random maybe) answers will receive 25% of liquid Steem of the post. Might be 0, might be more, but the key remains to stretch the brain!
So, the question today is:
Would you rather treat everyone nicely, but be treated like shit OR treat everyone shitty, but be treated nicely? Why?
I would probably choose to treat everyone nicely. Mostly because I hate any kind of injustice in this world, so creating it would be a misery. Also, it is easier for me to see myself suffering rather than my family and friends. It would not be easy to be treated badly, but I believe that I would grow a thick skin and handle it. What about you, people?

My job is to bring quality content to your feed. Your job is to interact (no one loves a nice discussion more than I do)!!!
Have a nice day,my fellow steemers! :)
You have to go with treat everyone nice - to treat everyone shitty, knowingly, will give you the same amount of grief anyway. Solution: hermit! I didn't resteem because I am in training! (Just joshing ...)
Sweet, a new face with a similar view :) It's so much fun to find people on here... @writingamigo is awesome ;) On my way to your page now.
Crikey, the newest which is very new is all about Punk! Read about bees or Scarlett Johannsen - it is after all, Sunday - though recently here!!
Too late, I'm fast, already read, commented, and followed :)
... and I commented to you on your intro post - welcome to Hollywood - what's your dream, from Pretty Woman
Oh yeah! I remember that, when I had no idea what I was doing haha!
Good thoughts, @ebryans.
And I am glad that I could introduce you two, lol. Be nice to each other and have fun!
fight for injustice, have a point @writingamigo
Thanks, @tsxbox! Someone has to do it :)
Ohhh, good one. If I chose treating others like shit I would just feel shitty anyway, so I would have to go with being treated like shit. And I think that's the most I've used the word shit in one sentence, ever! Haha.
Haha, nice @dreemit! That is still a hard one, though. And don't bet hard on yoruself for using shit for so many times :D
Oh, sorry for being late, but you have won this time! 0.04 SBD... but still, it was a great discussion and maybe one day I will be able to give away more lol
You're very sweet. I didn't comment for the money, I did it because I like you very much, you have a very genuine and good spirit. I have a gift for discerning the true character of people, and I recognized the strength and beauty of yours from the beginning.
I would have to treat all other nice, I just can not do shitty. However it would make me not want to deal with others since they are treating me shitty, but that is how I live. It seems to piss off the people who treat you like shit when you treat them nicely in return, and I could not see my self treating others bad.
Glad to hear it @smysullivan. Yeah, I find it the best way to respond with kindness, when you are being treated badly. Somehow, it makes everyone angry and it is kind of funny to watch :)
Very true it sure is funny to watch.
If I treated all people shitty, it would mean that I'm deeply disturbed. It would also mean that I don't care for them - so why would I care how they treat me? The option of treating others nicely, but being treated shitty, is pretty bad too, but I think it's better, because it doesn't necessarily mean that something's wrong with me.
@barcisz oh yes, that is a good point! The only wrong thing about you would be sticking with wrong people lol. Everyone is so good in Steemit, no one wants to take the easy way out....

This is a very interesting dilemma in many ways but it is also quite easy because one can intellectualise the thing and then rather proudly stroke one's ego and say "gosh, you are so nice!" Do you know where I am going?
How about once a week, you have to go and be really nice to someone who has been really horrid to you and detail the interaction. Otherwise we shall trend towards being rather self-congratulatory!
Words are good; deeds are not beta but better!
Thought s comments on a post, without the card!!
Oh yes! I totally agree with you on this one! However, I still think it would be harder to choose when we actually had to. So many egoistic thoughts would go through our head. I am starting to see that everyone is choosing to be a good guy in theory, but somehow, practically, world is not such a nice place to live in yet :D
I do really enjoy your challenges - they can make you knee-jerk a response but if you really put yourself in a doing scenario, that is tougher and I suppose I am slightly opening the intellectual side of the argument to see whether people are prepared to walk the talk!!
Everyone seems to have gone quiet. Is there an event I haven't been invited to? Or does my suggestion fill us with terror?! Interacting!! @dreemit , @writingamigo told me to be nice to you and within the time it takes to rattle a rattly thing I am giving you a challenge!!. No hiding!
I just lost my internet connection... Internet is not the best in Blovia apparently.
It would not be hard to be good to someone who was treating you badly once a week. We would do it just because we would want to increase our own value infront of everyone's eyes. Maybe the right question should be if you would like to treat people nicely or in full justice (that might mean being cold-blooded sometimes)?
This is the video of Bishop Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama discussing forgiveness. I do not know you from Adam, clearly, but you seem a really good guy. This is not spiritual as in a god sense but it is good for how to deal with the emotion of feeling done over. The Church calls it hate the sin but not the sinner

I am also honored to announce that you won 0.04 SBD :D Not that much, but the discussion itself was the real prize!
Agreed - my appetite for stupid people is growing thin! The conversation is the highlight and the prize.
I would rather treat everyone nicely, but be treated like shit because I know in the end, they'll soften up and accept me for who I am. As long as I'm doing no harm, I'll be okay. Things will soon get better once I've slumped the hardest (or in this case, been treated worst).
Sorry for being late to response. I agree with you, @migo25, and you are one of 3 winners this time. Award is 0.04 SBD, but I told everyone that it is all about discussion!
